Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, materially defective, or different from what was ordered, contact altapeptides@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, packing materials, product, and lot/batch information.

Keep the item and all original packaging while the claim is reviewed. Claims submitted without sufficient information or after the 48-hour reporting period may be ineligible.

Available resolution

After reviewing an eligible claim, ALTA Peptides may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate to the verified issue and subject to availability. A replacement or refund is not guaranteed until the claim has been reviewed and approved.

Unauthorized returns

Do not mail or otherwise return any product without written authorization and return instructions from ALTA Peptides. Unauthorized returns may be refused and are not eligible for reimbursement of product or shipping costs.

Order cancellations

Cancellation requests should be sent immediately to altapeptides@gmail.com. We will try to accommodate the request, but an order cannot be cancelled after it has been processed or transferred to the carrier.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the refund results from a verified error by ALTA Peptides or as otherwise required by law.

Non-excludable rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions may be sent to altapeptides@gmail.com.
